Position: Graphic/Web Designer
Location: Brockville, Ontario
Type: Part-Time (min. 20hrs./week)
Hours: Flexible
Salary Range: Salary based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design concepts for a variety of materials, including but not limited to websites, digital advertisements, social media graphics, brochures, reports, logos and branding collateral.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that all designs align with brand identity and messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to propose innovative ideas for new projects.
• Manage multiple projects (both big and small) simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
• Review and provide feedback on drafts and final proofs to ensure quality control.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design or related field
• Proven graphic design knowledge with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility and creativity.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud on a Mac platform
• Proficiency in WordPress and other web platforms would be an asset
• Knowledge of pre-press file preparation – including font management and support file links is considered a plus
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
